Returns and Right of Withdrawal
At Lille Fugl, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable Danish and EU consumer protection law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at kontakt@lillefugl.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your message, please include your full name, order number, and the product you wish to return.
Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
For returns from Denmark and other EU countries, Lille Fugl will provide a prepaid return shipping label once the return request has been approved. For returns from countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
The return address will be provided upon request once the return has been approved.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned product. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, including defective or incorrect items.
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within a reasonable time at kontakt@lillefugl.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur as a result of the artisanal printing process on natural silk. Such variations are a natural characteristic of the product and do not constitute defects.
Items that cannot be returned
We do not accept returns of products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you already received and, once the return has been approved, place a separate order for the new item.
