RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

At Lille Fugl, we fully respect the right of withdrawal established by Danish and European Union legislation. Our aim is to make the return process clear, transparent, and easy for the customer.

1. Right of withdrawal and time limit
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the order.

2. How to request a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:
•    Full name
•    Order number
•    Product you wish to return
Once your request has been received, we will send you the instructions to proceed.

3. Product conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
•    Be unused and in perfect condition
•    Retain all original tags
•    Be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
Returns of products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

4. Return shipping
Cost of return shipping:
•    Within Denmark and the European Union: return shipping costs are covered by Lille Fugl.
•    From countries outside the European Union: return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once the request has been received, we will inform you of the correct return procedure.

5. Receipt and inspection
Once the returned product has been received, we will inspect its condition.
•    If it meets the stated conditions, the return will be approved and a refund will be issued.
•    If it does not meet the conditions, we will contact you.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
•    Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
•    Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Lille Fugl.

7. Defective products or incorrect orders
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
In such cases, Lille Fugl will cover all return-related costs and offer a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.

8. Natural product variations
Each Lille Fugl scarf is an artistic piece printed on silk.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish compared to on-screen images may occur.
These variations are inherent to the textile process and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
